Ok for the money but...
Not a bad price for the service offered but the app is awful. Regularly have to logout and log back in to get it to update and occasionally have to just delete it and reinstall. Not just me as my wife uses it as well and gets the same issues
Frustrating unread badges
I constantly have “unread” calls and messages, but I have no way of knowing which calls or messages they are, so there’s no way to dismiss the badge.
I thought the indicator would be the little purple dot next to the contact profile picture - but every sender has a purple dot!
Maybe the unread messages are bold? Nope - every message and call looks the same.
What’s going on?! How can I clear these unread calls and messages?

Works really well
I needed a U.K. number whilst overseas for business and OTP text messages. I moved to Devyce when Skype shut down and I am really pleased with the service and the app. No connection issues, portable whatever country I am in and low cost. Highly recommended
Hugely Annoying
If not used for a period of time it requires you to delete and reinstall the app in order to reactivate it. This leads to unreceived calls and texts. Unreliable.
Buggy and temperamental
If I didn’t have to use this to keep my UK number as an expat I absolutely wouldn’t. An awful, awful app. Works ‘sometimes’, calls drop out when I’m on solid 1gbps WiFi and often nearly impossible to clear notifications. Really poor and irritating to use.
Calls not coming through
The app was ok, now calls down always come through, names disappear from phone book and messages. Contact support and same answer, uninstall and reinstall. It’s a lot of money per month for an app that works only a small percentage of the time. Will be looking for other options after 2 years of this application and persistence.

Perfect product
I’ve been using them for 3 months and this has made my life so much easier. It has taken away the stress of losing my phone number that I’ve had for years and having to update all my records with a temporary international number. Perfect product!
Ok but push notifications still an issue
I’ve used this App for well over a year in the USA and it’s been really useful to get 2 step notification SMS so I can keep using UK banking apps. That said, it’s really annoying that message notifications don’t show up unless I open the App. I’ve double checked and made sure that I have every notification option for the app turned on, but still don’t get anything.

Lies about being able to port numbers
They cannot port numbers as they claim. The main reason I chose this product was because I could port my number. I’ve wasted months of subscription fees paying both them and my current provider while they allegedly try to sort out the port. I have begged for more information and the most detailed response I get is that there is an incomplete agreement between providers. They cannot give me a timescale or any detail as to why there is a delay. More info would help me go to my provider to force action (my provider says they haven’t heard from Devyce). My PAC code has now expired, but no one from Devyce seems to care. They haven’t requested that I get a new PAC code, but they keep taking the monthly fee. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.

Avoid
The one thing this app has to do successfully is make and receive calls. It fails to do that regularly. I answer the call and neither of us can hear each other. Either that or one person can’t hear the other one. I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting, using AirPods or the speaker. Nothing seems to get it to work. This is my business line and I’m looking bad in front of clients.

No ringing on Apple Watch
When someone rings me my Apple Watch doesn’t react and I miss the call if the phone ring volume isn’t loud enough.
It does what it says on the tin
All the advertised features of having your UK mobile number in a mobile whilst using a foreign SIM card abroad work 100%.
When returning to the UK for short periods I use an eSIM for network connectivity when I don’t have indoor WiFi access.

Messages are received late
Everything works fine. I am not too sure why but if someone sends a message to me and my colleague- my colleague gets it 1 min earlier than myself—Something to work on
Generally very good
Overall very good app. Just wish you could send photos over the app and that the dial pad had letters on it since it makes entering passwords easier.

Bugs- hot fix needed
Very useful app, I’ve been using for a couple years and it’s been working well considering the bugs however I think the bugs are becoming unbearable and interfering with business, pleading for an Update asap. There are no enhancements as there hasn’t been an upgrade since I registered
Reading and altering banking messages!
These guys intercepted a text message from my back and altered the message - redacting part of it.
Wow. Quite probably illegal in the UK*, but that aside. Do you trust some randoms on the web to be reading and if the want altering your messages.

Low Audio Quality
Tried in several countries, several houses and for several months and while the app is great to use and effective at texting, the call audio quality is low and frequently cuts out or suddenly drops.
Almost useless.
I downloaded this app and paid £8 to avoid extra charges while on holiday abroad. The app keeps saying your number is off and when you call it at times it goes through but won’t show on your screen. Waste of £8!!
A life saver but glitches
I agree with Iceroluk on those points and also it’s glitchy. It says I have messages by showing me notifications but they don’t actually come through… Sometimes if I send another message suddenly the others come in… Just temperamental. That said I couldn’t manage without it. I do not want two phones!! I do not have dual sim. So thanks but please keep updating

Unlimited LIES.
As the guy below have stated , the ap actually limites your texts at 250 a day , and once it reaches its limit , it simply stops working without any notice. Making us looking like a fool.
I did contact the support and their reply was that its limited at 250 text a day, which would have a cap of 7500 a month.
When I asked the support if they could lift this limit to up to a 1000 texts a day, they replied saying it was not possible and that 250 would be the maximum possible limit.
So I just requested a full refund as it does not align with the expectations set by your marketing.
So if you need over 250 text a day to run your business , avoid this app.
