This app seems worth while at first, but it has multiple bugs that evidently DeWalt has no interest in maintaining nor upgrading. It’s really a shame when you consider how awesome the sound system is, and the potential that the app has.

Firmware Update
Man sollte über die App eine Firmware Update machen können. Bei mir funktioniert das nicht, da immer die Fehlermeldung kommt „Neue Version kann nicht geladen werden bitte überprüfen Sie die Internet Verbindung.“ ob ich mit WLAN oder über das Mobilfunknetz verbunden bin, es funktioniert beides nicht.

constantly freezes when you finally do get it working non of the options even work, can’t change dab startions, can’t turn the radio on with phone, useless app

This app is the worst app I’ve ever used. There’s no point me listing all the floors, just scroll down and you’ll see all the things wrong with it dating back to the start of the launch. Would not recommend.
App hasn't been updates in years
The app has not been updated in years. It has worked in the past, but now can't check for firmware updates (which are definitely needed as bluetooth connection has started going dodgy).
Connection is crap
Had the radio for two days now. Turn it on, phone connects as it should. Five minutes later, it’s disconnected, and the radio is invisible to my iphone. Won’t connect through Bluetooth or if I turn the radio off and on again. Sounds great though.
Can’t pair
This app can’t find it’s own Tough System. Worse than useless because dewalt wants access to your iphone. Really seealt???? Stick to making tools!!!
50/50 if it sees the radio or not
Half the time it doesn’t work or it’s quicker to walk over to the radio

Not worth the time
Using the app to control the radio is so laggy it’s quicker to walk to the radio and change it.
Bluetooth is effectively made redundant on the radios that require this app, as the app doesn’t have inter-app connectivity with apps like Spotify, so you have to load music into the app. Spoiler; no one has music stored on their phone. In an age of streaming, this seems like a huge oversite.

Useless
Had to reset radio three times, then repaired it twice.. slow and clunky.. hopefully I don’t need the app to use it otherwise it’s going to be returned

Great Idea
Good idea but worst app I have ever ever seen.
Constantly looses connection even when radio is playing. If smart device goes to screen off then that's it. Have to switch radio off and reconnect app at same time. Surely with the amount of really negative reviews DEWALT would do something with the app.
I have even emailed DEWALT 3 times about the app, but that like the app is a complete waste off time.

Bluetooth issues
Can’t connect to blue tooth from app not compatible with Spotify doesn’t work as it should

Ist echt schade das keine Updates mehr möglich sind auf dem Radio zu machen steht immer da neue Version verfügbar aber kein Internet ob wohl ich alles an habe also bitte die App aktualisieren !!!!!!!!!

Bedienung/Firmware Update
Warum ist das Firmware Update vom Radio nicht möglich? Die App schreibt das ein neues Update verfügbar ist aber angeblich keine Internetverbindung vorhanden sei. Was natürlich Quatsch ist, mobile Daten, WLAN alles ist aktiviert. Am Anfang war ich echt zufrieden mit der App, aber in letzter Zeit reißt die Verbindung plötzlich ab, obwohl das Handy ständig daneben liegt. Man muss es ständig neu verbinden und das nervt echt.

App broken
The Bluetooth seems completely unusable. My phone can connect and control the radio stations, but it won’t loud my music library. Unfortunately you can just play songs from iTunes directly via Bluetooth and you have to use this app. Hasn’t been updated in a year so I don’t expect any resolution coming
