Life-dependent apps like Dexcom ONE+ must update within 0-3 days since there is ample time to fix dot point issues after RC is released.

Shame no direct to watch capability
Shame the one plus doesnât have the direct to watch capability like the G7 donât know if this to do with software or hardware but if possible it would be wonderful if this could be added to the app

Ăa pourrait ĂȘtre bien, mais il manque surtout de la fiabilitĂ© pour faire confiance Ă ce capteur et cette application. Je regrette quâil nây ai pas dâalertes en mode silencieux, le signal Bluetooth se dĂ©connecte trop souvent, et enfin gros point noir pour moi, trop dâĂ©carts de rĂ©sultats entre le capteurs et une glycĂ©mie capillaires. A partir dâaujourdâhui jâarrĂȘte ce systĂšme, grosse hypo a 0,46 avec un capteur et une appli qui mâindique 0,83.

Keeps dropping out
Just switched to iPhone pro max and ultra watch 3, the watch and widget on iPhone lock screen either doesnât update or drops out I have to open the app to force a refresh, less than ideal
Sensors not registering with phone
This is the first time trying a CGM. QR codes on two sensors donât work and numbers on both not registering either, tried all the advice online, Iâll keep trying but complete waste of money so far. I bought the three pack so one more attempt left. Not sure what the alternative is in the Uk other than Zoe, which looks like my next stop!

Keeps falling when itâs finally in use but if youâre lucky to get it to work, keeps stopping for hours!

Une fois visualisĂ©, on ne retrouve pas les modĂšles dans lâhistorique. Le message est perdu. Je dois faire une capture dâĂ©cran pour garder les conseils et les mettre en application ou en parler avec lâinfirmiĂšre DiabĂ©tologue. Cela permettrait de comparer dâune semaine sur lâautre.

Câest sĂ©rieux lĂ ? Lâapplication est une honte tout comme le produit, contrairement au G6. Le G6 a des alertes avant mĂȘme dâĂȘtre en hypoglycĂ©mie, le ONE vous devez ĂȘtre dans la plage dâhypoglycĂ©mie (câest Ă dire en dessous de 75mg/dL) pendant 10 Minutes avant de recevoir une alerte. DIX MINUTES, vous vous rendez compte ? lorsque je dors jâai le temps de passer de 75mg Ă 50mg en 10min. Le temps est crucial pour les diabĂ©tiques, si je peux avoir un apport en glucides avant mon hypoglycĂ©mie cela est plus que bĂ©nĂ©fique, et lâapplication va Ă lâinverse de cette logique. Ăgalement il nây a aucune notification urgente, le G6 proposait de sonner mĂȘme si votre tĂ©lĂ©phone Ă©tait en silencieux ce qui permettait dâĂȘtre rĂ©actif. Le dexcom ONE vous demande de NE PAS ĂTRE en SILENCIEUX sinon vous ne recevrez aucune alerte sonore. Ce produit est dangereux, si vous pouvez ĂȘtre directement mis sur le Dexcom G6, nâattendez plus et prenez le, mais REFUSEZ catĂ©goriquement le Dexcom One+.

Should be much better
Whilst they work ok, with the amount of money Dexcom get every month they should be better. The app is sadly missing bolus calculation, live activity support, and import of carbs from Health at least. It would be great to have integration with MyFitnessPal or MySugr for food and bolus. To get this I have to use 3 different apps. Not good enough.

This was the main option that I tried this device.
Only 10 days wear time, a minimum of 14 days is preferred.
I was going to change to Dexcom instead of Libre but after testing Iâm not.

Needs work
Iâm using the system on a iPhone and itâs forever loosing signal even when the phone is next to arm. Other than this great app
Not working since recent iOS updates.
Used to work OK before iOS updates. Appears OK on phone but less than useless on Apple Watch 10. Takes an age to install, requiring several attempts. Alerts not working. Gaps in trend line. This morning, no trend line at all. Not to be relied upon! UPDATE 6th January. There is a comms issue between the sensor and the app. Several messages yesterday about sensor error, wait for three hours. Large gaps in the graphs. However, when checking Apple Health, the data is all there. Blood glucose on Apple Health is more accurate than the app. I can see good data by day, week, month and year. iPhone 17 ProMax. IOS 26.2.1.

Dexcom ONE+
The App and Dexcom ONE+ device work hand in hand, with the device a feature disabled version of the G7. As a previous user of both, I would have to say neither lived up to my expectations with regular early sensor failure or connectivity issues. I have since moved to a competing device which has so far worked flawlessly.

Does not work on iPhone any more
Not Dexcomâs fault but since the last iOS update the sensor no longer pairs with the phone.
Doesnât work
First it only lets me select the US as my region, Iâm in the UK. Then I select that just to make an account and it just outright doesnât work and gets stuck on some data consent page! Worst app Iâve ever used genuinely. Fix it.
