latest update is bad
I like this app a lot overall but the latest update (Aug 26) has made it much worse. It’s stopped my glucose reading from showing on my lock screen, which was so handy when it worked. It’s also removed the ability to correct any mistakes made when logging which type of insulin you’ve taken - now you have to erase the whole entry rather than just amend the insulin types. Please put it back the way it was, there’s enough work to do in managing diabetes without this usually useful and well-designed app becoming less user friendly.

Generally good
Good app overall, though I seem to occasionally stop getting notifications for highs and have to restart the app.
There’s one minor thing I’d really like to see fixed - when you are putting on a new sensor, and you’re getting the pop up saying ‘replace sensor’, if you put the sensor on and then go in the app, there’s a delay before the ‘replace sensor’ pop up displays. The problem is that the replace sensor pop up cancels anything you were doing on the app. So what happens is, I open the app to start the new sensor, I click ‘start new sensor’ and begin the process, then a few seconds in to that process the ‘replace sensor’ pop up appears, cancels whatever I was doing, and I have to start again. Really there needs to be some logic in place that means if I’m in the app, and have already pressed ‘start new sensor’, then that pop up doesn’t appear.

Meal, insulin, activities on one history chart will be very useful
It helps to plan ahead how much time in advance to inject insulin and how much time you’ll get hypothermia after exercises. One chart with all data please see.
Have to refresh
A few months since I switched to iPhone pro max 17 and ultra watch 3, the watch and widget on iPhone lock screen is unreliable you have to tap to open app or complication otherwise it doesn’t show the right number so you can’t trust it which makes it effectively useless
Works fairly well
Having used the Dexcom One+ for only a few days, it’s an improvement over another CGM I’ve been using for years.
My only gripe is that BT range is significantly smaller than with my old CGM on this iPhone 17 Pro.
It would be useful to see meals marked on graphs and to have a night mode for after sunset settings.

Add critical alerts!
Otherwise I’ve had no issues but Critical alerts is sorely missed coming from LibreLink
Good, needs improving
Im generally a fan of this CGM as its more accurate for me vs libre. But the librelink app is FAR superior. Librelink has critical alerts, dexcom one+ does not. Librelink can connect to smartpens, dexcom doesnt. The only thing that dexcom can above librelink is that their widgets are better.
If a developer is reading this. PLEASE add smart pen connections and critical alerts. Im sure if you do, you will find much more UK diabetics ask for dexcom on the NHS.

Tout d’abord, il est dommage que Dexcom ONE+ ne propose pas d’alerte prédictive d’hypoglycémie indiquant qu’une glycémie basse est attendue dans les prochaines minutes. Cette fonctionnalité existe sur d’autres systèmes de mesure continue du glucose et permettrait d’anticiper les hypoglycémies avant qu’elles ne surviennent réellement, ce qui est particulièrement utile pour les personnes sous insulinothérapie.
Ensuite, il est regrettable que les alertes ne puissent pas contourner le mode silencieux de l’iPhone. Lorsqu’un téléphone est en silencieux, les alertes de glycémie basse peuvent passer inaperçues, ce qui représente un véritable enjeu de sécurité, notamment pendant la nuit ou lors d’activités où l’utilisateur ne regarde pas constamment son écran.
L’application remplit bien sa fonction principale, mais l’ajout de ces deux améliorations apporterait un réel bénéfice en matière de sécurité et de confort d’utilisation.

👍👍👍👍👎 : Je trouve l’application claire et bien conçue. Tout juste faudra-t-il prévoir un petit temps d’adaptation pour ceux qui comme moi utilisaient un autre système auparavant. Par contre ce qui est TRÈS pénible ce sont les alarmes… Le son de ces alertes est insupportable ! On dirait la notification d’un téléphone portable de 1998. S’IL VOUS PLAIT les développeurs, autorisez l’accès de l’application aux sons de l’iPhone comme le permet l’application de votre concurrent, ou mettez-en de nouvelles plus modernes. Quand je suis au travail je n’ai pas besoin qu’en cas d’alarme mes collègues pensent que je joue à un jeu vidéo des années 80. 🙏MERCI !

Life-dependent apps like Dexcom ONE+ must update within 0-3 days since there is ample time to fix dot point issues after RC is released.

Cependant, une amélioration qui pourrait être très utile je trouve c’est d’avoir l’application disponible sur le CarPlay.
Car l’autre jour j’étais sur l’autoroute, j’étais en hypoglycémie et je me suis rendu compte que je ne pouvais pas cliquer sur l’application Dexcom ONE+ sur l’écran de la voiture comme avec d’autres applications et je me suis dit que ce serait une très bonne idée que l’on puisse voir notre glycémie en temps réel directement sur le CarPlay sans devoir prendre le téléphone le déverrouiller et regarder pendant qu’on roule.

Shame no direct to watch capability
Shame the one plus doesn’t have the direct to watch capability like the G7 don’t know if this to do with software or hardware but if possible it would be wonderful if this could be added to the app

Ça pourrait être bien, mais il manque surtout de la fiabilité pour faire confiance à ce capteur et cette application. Je regrette qu’il n’y ai pas d’alertes en mode silencieux, le signal Bluetooth se déconnecte trop souvent, et enfin gros point noir pour moi, trop d’écarts de résultats entre le capteurs et une glycémie capillaires. A partir d’aujourd’hui j’arrête ce système, grosse hypo a 0,46 avec un capteur et une appli qui m’indique 0,83.
J’ai besoin d’outils fiables, pas d’approximatif.

Keeps dropping out
Just switched to iPhone pro max and ultra watch 3, the watch and widget on iPhone lock screen either doesn’t update or drops out I have to open the app to force a refresh, less than ideal
Sensors not registering with phone
This is the first time trying a CGM. QR codes on two sensors don’t work and numbers on both not registering either, tried all the advice online, I’ll keep trying but complete waste of money so far. I bought the three pack so one more attempt left. Not sure what the alternative is in the Uk other than Zoe, which looks like my next stop!

Une fois visualisé, on ne retrouve pas les modèles dans l’historique. Le message est perdu. Je dois faire une capture d’écran pour garder les conseils et les mettre en application ou en parler avec l’infirmière Diabétologue. Cela permettrait de comparer d’une semaine sur l’autre.
