Pros - bikes are everywhere and convenient to drop off. App works well and (at least for me) the customer service via WhatsApp was quick
Cons - some of the bikes are in bad shape. The app just won't scan on some of them.
If you're touring and don't have a Mexican bank account to sign up for ecibici this is a great alternative

Nearly useless service
There’s no real problem with the app, but the bike service is useless. We downloaded the app and paid for service. We rented bikes but then discovered that the area in the zone for service was small. We could literally walk the area in 10 minutes. We took the bikes out of the zone then learned we needed to basically go back to where we started otherwise pay an exorbitant fee to end outside the zone. This was in Mexico City. I suggest HSBC bikes instead.

Next to Useless
When you can log into the app there may be a bike (or 2 or 3 or more) next to you but they bike not for you! You can walk blocks for another one. Better yet, sign up for ECOBICI. Their bikes are new and while you have to return to a station, they are more reliable. Dezba’s election bikes are a joke. Don’t pay the up charge to use them. They are rarely electric at all. You’re just paying to pedal a mechanical bike in electric bike clothing.

They are just here to change you subscription fees, bikes are horrible if you find one in working condition.

Bike in bad condition, the app doesn’t refresh the map until they notice you by message that you are out of the range and they already charged you with an extra fee.

No se funciona
Necesité usar Dezba por transportación y la app no puede reservar ninguna de los bicicletas. Tuve dinero en mi cuenta. Pero fue un error cuando intenté a activar una bicicleta.

Registration does not work
It gave an error registering but still texted me a code to put in. But the registration didn’t continue to next step to give a place to put in the code. Retried it and it said this telephone is already registered. Really? Cause it doesn’t seem like it since I can’t login or register now. This company is a complete fail.

Pésimo servicio
La app falla constantemente, no termina los viajes y te sigue cobrando, cambian el area de cobertura sin avisar y te cobran multas de 500 pesos si te sales del área. No la recomiendo nada, ls bicis son buenas, pero el servicio al cliente es una grosería y terminas perdiendo más tiempo resolviendo los problemas de la app, que lo que pasas en las bicis.
