Not working at the moment
Used this a few times in the past and generally OK, but several newer UPT features don’t work properly - the ‘scan passport’ is very unstable and hardly ever works. Right now, I’m in France and due onto a sailing later today and I cannot enter any UPT data in advance; I just get an error message in red with no text, so have no idea what the issue is. In summary, a great idea poorly executed.

Simple, clean and easy to use.
Ok But Could Be Better
Requires name to be input correctly but doesn’t recognise the apostrophe in my surname. My details therefore do not match my passport, but that’s ok apparently 🤷🏻♂️
Annoying
The app is fine apart from the fact that it tries to shunt you over to DFDS.com and fails to accept your account credentials. Please fix this!
Functionality
What is the purpose of this app? Compared to the other DFDS app, it doesn’t do much more. There is a button to allow mobile check in - great!! Except not on the route we are travelling on… Newcastle to IJmuiden.
