Annoying
The app is fine apart from the fact that it tries to shunt you over to DFDS.com and fails to accept your account credentials. Please fix this!
Functionality
What is the purpose of this app? Compared to the other DFDS app, it doesn’t do much more. There is a button to allow mobile check in - great!! Except not on the route we are travelling on… Newcastle to IJmuiden.

My booking has disappeared and when I try to add the booking it says, “Oops! Unauthorised access”

This app used to work, it was convenient to have the ferry details on my phone.
Sadly for months now it’s been useless.
When I try to login it just goes round and round and I can never actually access my account.
The login details are correct, I use the same ones to access the account via safari on my iPad.
I have tried a new password but still no success.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, all the usual suggestions.
DFDS haven’t been able to help either.
Our trip is next month and it would be so much more convenient if this app would just work !!
