About
It is an app intended to keep an accounting record for gas expenses for new vehicles sold, demos vehicle expenses, and others. This application is provided for users that hired our services.
In order for our application to be as accurate as possible we require an image of the receipt from the gas purchased just concluded to be linked to the vehicle that it was applied to. This way we can ensure that no inappriate use of the credit/debit cards is going on. It is for this purpose that we require to access the camera, take a picture of the receipt, be uploaded to our system to be then processed by the OCR and stored.
This application is provided only for associates of the dealerships we provided our services too. In order to request either the account creation or deletion an onboarding/offboarding form must be submitted to our ticket system to support@dealergeek.com.
