New update no longer works
New update came out with “bug fixes” now remote operation no longer works and you just get an error message in a language I don’t recognize. Just loads for a minute or so then gives the error message and will do nothing DO NOT UPDATE TO THE LASTEST VERSION.
Update: Fixed in latest update. Everything is back working again!

Needs a UI redesign
Honesty, this is a great app that does everything I’d want it to, full of features and I haven’t really run into any issues at all with it, but it is REALLY in a need of a better UI. It’s really quite unintuitive and I’m honestly scared to press buttons while the electrodes are connected to me because I’m unsure of what it’s about to do.
It really could do with a total overhaul of the UI - and I say that with the best of intentions. Great product, great functionality, but please please get your app sorted!

Scam
I bought a 2.0 unit from DG-Lab in June 2023… they sold it to me knowing that it no longer worked with their app. But they didn’t announce this until August 2023. so I’m out a ton of money and they are living off my stolen dime. Companies like this should not be allowed to have apps on the App Store.

Really confusing. The 2.0 units obsolete?

After months of difficult exploration and attempts, we have finally confirmed that it is not possible to upgrade the 2.0 version of the unit remotely to integrate with the accessory gameplay we are preparing to launch.
Therefore, we have decided to halt the sales of the 2.0 version of unit until the new 3.0 version is released. This process is expected to take about three months. During this period, we will continue to update the app and provide after-sales service.
