The app allows you to securely access your Dhaka Bank accounts and credit cards anytime, anywhere. You can check balances, view transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, and make service requests. It also provides access to existing offers, discount partners, and a branch/ATM locator.
Registration involves visiting a nearby bank branch or contacting the Dhaka Bank Contact Center to request mobile app registration. After successful registration, you'll receive an SMS and need to call the contact center to generate your TPIN. You then download the app, log in with your mobile number and TPIN, and complete verification by calling the Contact Center with a verification code.
Yes, the app establishes a secure connection between your mobile device and the bank. Your account and card information is confidential and controlled for your view only, secured by your TPIN. You can also receive SMS notifications for fund transfers and bill payments if subscribed to the SMS Alert Service.
You can register up to three mobile devices with your Dhaka Bank Go registration. If you change your mobile device in the future, you will need to verify it again by calling the Dhaka Bank Contact Center.
The application itself is free to download and use. Standard banking transaction fees may apply depending on the specific service used, such as fund transfers to other banks or bill payments, as per Dhaka Bank's standard charges.
