Best App For Spiritual Growth + Habit Building
I really enjoy this app. I use it every day and it helps me stay on top of my social media habits to ensure I don’t overuse it.
Scam Alert
This app is a complete scam.
It advertises a 3-day free trial with a ₹2,999 yearly subscription only after the trial ends. However, despite cancelling the subscription during the free trial period, ₹2,999 was deducted from my account before the trial even ended.
The worst part is that after taking my money, the app still says my free trial has expired and asks me to subscribe again for ₹2,999 to access the features. So I was charged, but received none of the benefits of a paid subscription.
This is misleading, deceptive, and feels like outright fraud. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this app unless you want to risk losing your money. Very disappointing experience.

Finally, an app for this! It’s super easy to use and has helped me to build a consistent prayer habit. Since I started using it, my anxiety and stress have dropped considerably and I feel closer to my faith. Modern life is so busy and full of distractions that it’s hard to stay focused, but this app makes it simple. I’ve learned several new prayers and the ability to block distracting apps has been a HUGE help in staying present. Can’t wait to see where I’ll be a year from now!

This is my favorite app to help me align with prayer. I used tons of blocking apps like Opal and others but this one is by far the best because I get to learn about Hinduism, so breath work, and block my distracting apps at the same time! Really loving how easy it is to use and the content in here is awesome. Really loving it and highly recommend if you’re trying to more learn and reduce distraction

Best App to Lock In
This app got me so locked in I started ignoring Instagram reels like a monk seeking enlightenment. Every time I try to doomscroll, Dharma Lock basically hits me with ‘bro… Bhagavad Gita first.’ My screen time dropped, my focus went up, and somehow I feel 10x more disciplined. I love this app. It’s helped me be so much more intentional about putting prayer first instead of instantly reaching for social media or mindlessly scrolling. I never thought I’d pay for an app until I realized how much time I was wasting on useless brain rot. Dharma Lock built me a habit of praying and lowered my screen time. Now I start every morning with this app instead of mindlessly scrolling, and my days are so much better
