Be careful when purchasing not because DHgate is a scam but because some sellers have worse quality items make sure to check all items for a few to prove that they are good. It is not DHgate at fault it is just sellers selling bad quality items however there are a lot of good sellers on there
Years of use
I’ve been buying for several years. The key to guaranteeing good service is to look into the seller. How many items have they sold, how many good reviews, you need to read reviews from people, also I only buy from vendors that have been in business for several years. It’s hard to remain on this platform for several years I’ve noticed. Every once in a while I will buy from a new seller if the item is inexpensive, they’ve sold a lot and I can’t find it from a seller I follow. The other key is to look at the product you receive from the seller, I’ve noticed that most of the sellers items are similar across the board of all the products they sell. Lastly follow the sellers and rebuy from people who have sent you good products.
Now for DHGATE customer service, I have had a few items that never arrived. I opened a dispute and they fixed it by refunding my money. That’s been good on my end.
