Not user friendly
They are completely hands off and do not provide any real customer support in terms of disputes. Once an order is closed it is done. I was being reasonable about tariffs, shipping, and logistical delays, was tracking it and seen it was held up for those reasons. It stayed in transit for a while. In defense minute it happened was suggested to ask the company to issue a refund or resend or I could want for it to be resolved. I chose to be patient and that was my mistake but it was crickets after that from all parties to include customer support when trying to open up a complaint. Took my money and that was it, my wives item from different vendor arrived with no issue fairly quickly so kudos, which I ordered but we are done. Still no response from anyone about any of the tickets opened from vendor or the site if I could give zero stars I would.

Constantly cancels my orders
I ordered products from Amazon, Ebay, Temu, Alibaba and other platforms with no hassle, but for some reason EVERYTIME I try to order from DHGATE as of recent it either declines my card(s) or cancels the order. I called the bank up thinking it might be coming from their end, they confirmed that it wasn't them canceling the orders it was DHGATE! I've researched this problem online and realized it's a very common problem that a lot of people have been having. DHGATE needs to fix their purchasing system.
