Why is it soooooo difficult to send the time back and get a refund I bought a Spurs top it’s come with iron burn marks down the front. It’s been agreed I can send it back but no one sends the return labels you just go round it circles. I message the seller he just replies utter rubbish which makes no sense. Looks like I’m not getting my money back.

I bought three sets of 8 lights which mean 24 in total they sent me a box with three little lights outside of box said four lights which only had three an I couldn’t get any help dhgates would not help I sent all info an I got message saying info needed so they took 59$ for nothing basically never buy anything u would get money for plastic item sent!

Unfortunately too many vendors in this that cannot supply what they advertise. DHGate need to force the vendors to meet specific standards on customer supply and service.
Refund
People make it virtually impossible to get a refund I sent you all the information and then you still want more. I pay for it extra protection to get a refund or replace the bag and I still have to jump through so I have one bag ordered and I get through this one last refund which my daughter has to help me with because I’m no longer going to purchase anything from this company. I’m deleting the app as soon as I get my last bag, I hope.
