Don’t help when you have a problem

I made an order 11th July with delivery expected by beginning August, it’s 29th August and still not dispatched. I requested refund but was declined. Seller just answers will dispatch asap. Very disappointed 5 year olds waiting on football tips for their holidays 11th August! I have asked DHgate to help but had no help whatsoever!
