I’ve found the SHEIN shopping experience quite frustrating lately. The prices don’t always seem accurate or consistent, as they keep changing, which makes it difficult to know what you’re actually paying for. There also seems to be a lot of confusion around the products, with so many similar items being displayed at once. It can make it quite difficult to find exactly what you’re looking for, especially when there are so many advertisements and promotional offers appearing throughout the app.
Another thing I find frustrating is the constant encouragement to sign up for the membership. The membership offers and coupons don’t always seem as worthwhile as they are made to appear, and the terms can be difficult to understand. The membership benefits and coupons should be much more straightforward, with clear information about what you’re actually getting and any restrictions that apply.
Overall, SHEIN has a huge range of products and affordable options, but the shopping experience could be much better if the pricing was more consistent, the product selection was less overwhelming, and the membership and coupon system was simpler and more transparent
