Extremely unprofessional

Conducted business here and there for years on this platform. But recently I had an issue with a mouse and returned for refund. Took too long to get it refunded and the seller offered me a partial refund originally of 1/5 of the purchase price. The seller should have his fingers removed from his hand so he can never offer me such a garbage deal ever again.
