Be careful this maybe a scam ! I requested a refund with no response. When you press continue it charges you 24.99 without asking. They just say free trial membership without being clear what they are providing.

I have tried canceling since November 2025. They continue trying to charge my account over and over. I have emailed over and over gotten confirmation they have canceled my account and still they are trying to charge my account.

If you have already downloaded this app delete it ASAP don’t give them any more of your hard earned cash ! LIARS, THIEVES, SCAMMERS !

Don’t believe a word the customer service or support team say ! It’s all about wasting time and giving you the answers they know you want to hear, when it comes down to resolving any problems they are useless 🤬 I have been messaging all of the support team and customer service team since March regarding outstanding payments owed to me and guess what ! Still nothing ! I am owed over £600
Now they all have decided to IGNORE me ! But what do you expect from LIARS and THIEVES 🤬

I have saved every email and taken screenshots of every correspondence I have sent and received, I recommend that you do the same.

Finally watch this space as I will receive a generic response asking me to contact them or to cancel my membership and my issues will be dealt with.
