The arcade option is beyond stupid. Would not recommend. It’ll allow you to get the first few payouts which are minimal (a few cents) but when you start getting the achievements that pay out a little more (a couple dollars so still not much) it won’t give them to you. When you contact support, they’ll just say you violated some rule but won’t tell you what rule or how and that you can’t get the “reward”. Total waste of time.

Issues Contacting Ibotta
Overall this app is great to help save money - but the ISSUE I run into is the difficulty sending a help ticket. In the beginning it was easy, but over the years it has been like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Very difficult. I spent over 30 minutes just trying to send a request because I found an item I purchase often wasn’t linked to a store for redemption. Scrolling through the offer I didn’t see a link to HEB, Target, CVS or even Walmart. I clicked submit a ticket but kept getting thrown to the AI help “Carlotta” and it was no help at all. Even a simple request to “Send link to submit new help ticket” was an issue. I get that they want to reduce calling in - but send a help ticket shouldn’t be so hard.

Never gave me rewards
I have $41 and every time I got to get my money out they says it’s an error or lock my account. There is no customer service number. The AI chat makes no sense. I would confidently say this is a scam. I would assume the 5 star reviews are all from bots. Please don’t waste your time.
It’s ok until you have a issue
It’s ok until you have an issue. It’s challenging to get to customer service, you have a go through a bot first. The customer service department is clearly trained to not solve the issue and instead make the customer feel like they didn’t follow the rules even though you did.
Not worth it
Everytime they offer a bonus like the mid week bonus they do not recognize your earnings just that you miss the bonus. And the costumer service is just sending you the same automated message over and over again.
