Unable to redeem reward
After a year of collecting and taking picture of my receipts I finally able to redeem my rewards for PayPal for 50 USD but I got an email today said that I violet the rule ??!! And they just suspense my account. What a scam. It takes me almost a year to painstaking capture all my receipt and if there’s any issue with my receipt there should be rejected or denied right away so I can dispute but this app wait until I have enough point to redeem to deny my redemption. I got a response email from the developer but I lost trust in this app and I don’t really want anything to do with scammers like this anymore. I can work in a day and get more than 50 dollars of my redemption worth that I have been collection for almost the whole year. This is just my hobby to get a little fun. I spend more the 50 dollars on my receipt and I also treat my friend more than that. It’s not about the money but the integrity of your business is low. You can keep the your money that’s ok. I am lucky that I don’t wait until I get 100 USD next year to learn this about this company. Please don’t contact me I have nothing else to say and I will be warning all my friend that I refer them to this app. What a let down

Receipt Jar refuse pay out
I’m extremely disappointed with ReceiptJar. I submitted legitimate receipts from my own household shopping, including receipts from household members, and ReceiptJar is now refusing to pay out by claiming the receipts are not mine.
I would strongly encourage ReceiptJar to clearly explain:
• What specifically qualifies as a “household” receipt;
• What evidence they require to establish receipt ownership;
• Why receipts that comply with their published household rule are being rejected at payout; and
• Why users are not given a fair opportunity to correct or clarify the issue before their payout is refused.
There are also numerous recent user reports of accounts being suspended or payouts being refused when users attempt to cash out, so this does not appear to be an isolated frustration.
