Do not use as a business source
I came to an agreement on a price for bulk order and on the day that the order was ready I was told I was short by $160 even though I have the invoice. Now that I’m asking to cancel the order and get a refund they’re saying they can only refund me the shipping. Makes no sense. Whenever I try to make a report with Alibaba, it would not let me upload the screenshots which it was asking for. And I could not submit the report. The only thing I think of is, they’re all working together. Stay far away from Alibaba. If you’re from the US just order from the US source. Trust me you’ll be safe.

Not original
A company through Alibaba sold me Stanley cups. When I received my shipment I tried to sell only to find out this is not original. When I tried to go and write a review on the actual company it does not allow me after I applied for a refund. The fact that nowhere on their product does it say it is not original is crazy. Everything looks as if it is an original product but when I went to the actual Stanley page I found out that in order to sell a Stanley I have to go through an application process to sell. If you’re going to purchase just be aware that these products are not original and you cannot resell as a Stanley despite the logo it has. The fact that they won’t allow me to leave a review on the company lets me know this is a normal occurrence on their part. Sad on how they scam.
