Good prediabetic cookbook I guess, not so much if you are diabetic
This is a terrible cookbook for a diabetic. Way too many carbs. My blood sugars are in range 85-95% of the time ( thanks to my Dexcom cgm I know that) . I couldn’t find any recipe that would help me keep my numbers in check without having to dose more insulin. I dropped from 40 units of nov to 12 or less a day.
