Excellent App

Been using this app for over two years and is perfect for monitoring my blood sugar, weight, blood pressure etc The customer service is fabulous only had a couple of minor issues but resolved within hours of reporting it. Can’t recommend it enough.

System Fault

Noticed I was unable to change the type of glucose reading I was recording (long story two diabetes doctors need different measures) I do one then convert to the other. Messaged support who advised me was a fault and thanked me for highlighting it. Advised fix would be released in the next 24 hours which it was and works perfectly again. Fabulous customer service. I find the app a fantastic help in the management of my diabetes.
