Needs Work
I wanted to use this app to track my meals and blood glucose, but the meal logging is confusing and frustrating. I entered an entire meal with individual foods, but when I went to log it, the app only asked for total carbohydrates and didn’t save the foods I had entered. It wasn’t clear whether I had done something wrong or if the app failed to save my data. The interface needs to be much more intuitive and reliable.

I love the idea of tye app but havr a few improvements. 1 it needs to be mire screen reader friendly as it only seems to read out certon parts on the screen. 2 would like to be abje to change weight measurements from jog to lb/st and thr height from cm to feet and inches

Lack of support.
I have a Bluetooth glucose reader. This is a premium feature only - no trial to see if it is useful. It worked once for me. After that, it would only work when forgetting the device and adding again. I put in a support request, but diabetesm never replied.
Can’t login in account
I’ve been using this app for a long time, but at some point I logget out of my account, and I can’t log in to the app anymore (endless loading).

Downloaded this app for the first time and it puts me in a loop for MFA first time registering and trying to sign in. Never got to see the inside of this app… completely broken
Rubbish- all promise of little real value
Dexcom G7 and many other CGM not supported, Smart Pen connection is poor and unreliable, bolus, but still no nasal dose adviser, insulin peak to taper graph non existent so you can’t plot against food, dose timing and other variables, it’s no more than a basic glucose meter from 1990s on your phone… I had high hopes but all theses apps Dexcom, InPen, Glukoo all lack the basics of solid T1D management still

Badly Designed
This is one of the worst diabetic trackers I have ever seen. The iPhone version will not let me actually enter foods, but rather forces me to dictate them. Okay fine I could live with that but it also gives me constant errors because it is taking my insulin precision as the maximum dose and so always warning me that I am taking too much. Yes 2 units is too much. Please fix these basic problems.

Приложение они баги. Ставишь6хе оно исправляет на 0.9 units какие-то. Жалею что заделал подписку, деньги на это г потратил…….

Приложение стабильно хорошо работало до обновления. Теперь зависает. Обычную запись сделать не дает.
Много багов
По сравнению с версией для андроида очень много багов, такое впечатление что это тестовая бета версия. Программа сама зачем-то меняет время и название записи, постоянно пропадает и потом просто не подгружается еда, нет темной темы, в интерфейсе какие то не нужные записи, как будто для отладки. Сплошное разочарование, на андроиде пользовался этой программой больше 5 лет, а тут такое …

Долго пользовалась приложением, поставила бы 5 звезд, если бы недавно не пропал калькулятор болюса. Было очень удобно считать бже, сейчас калькулятор отсутствует
Logbook Glitches Constantly
I tried using this for a few days and my logbook entries would never save. So frustrating, tried overwriting the logs so many times and it would never save my changes.
Keeps crashing & no sync to Apple health
Since last update, syncing with Apple health has stopped & when I try to sync manually it crashes. Poor!
Good but…
The app is good but the text is too small. The colour scheme is hard to read and I’m sick of getting a message saying “HEY!” - have some manners. I feel the app is always moaning and nagging. Diabetics have enough to deal with without feeling bullied by an app.
