Diag scan start to finish takes 30 minutes, then fault reading for individual module another two minutes. LOL
Very slow, and crashes a lot!
Got this app to work with my Autel Bluetooth OBD scanner. The app is a disappointment - very buggy, crashes a lot, and incredibly slow. Do not recommend it.

If you have an AP200 then you obviously use MaxiAP200 which can read live data but to use the Sprinter service options you must download this (free once). Sadly this app can’t read the live data like MaxiAp200 can so regeneration feature can’t be used either because it says my water temp is below 60 degrees but maxiap200 is showing the correct data of 75 degrees.
When manually selecting engine and transmission it gets stuck at 70%.
I know this was a stab in the dark but if you have an icarsoft system (that hasn’t got soaked in the rain, like mine did) then please stick to that and don’t waste your money on this junk. Now I need to buy a new icarsoft and work out how to get a refund on this useless crap. Will avoid Autel in fuel tire if this is anything to go by.

Impossible to connect to Bluetooth consistently.
Jeez, I used to think this device was pretty good. I’ve used it a few times to diagnose and fix a couple things on my Sprinter Van. BUT, it is the worst device I have ever owned when it comes to connecting thru Bluetooth to your cellphone, which is required to use it. It is so temperamental and I’ve been thru this problem before and would eventually get it to connect, now it will not connect at all , even after trying all the tricks like “ forget this device” , rebooting cell, on/off of Bluetooth etc etc. now it is rendered USELESS !!

Not as good as it sounds
The program requires you to log in first so if you are in the area where there is no WIFI you are out of luck. Then most of the time when you turn the program on it is looking for updates. That uses up some time, not to mention scanning the code 15-20 min.
I would not recommend this product.

Crashing and going back to main menu after reading up to 100% progress. I see menu sliding to beginning menu. Need to explain. Thank you.

It’s alright I guess gives me lots of info, issue is when trying to read boost and intake temps it only displays voltages on my 06 S55
