Won’t work on newer cars
Bought the GM module and it only works on cars older than 2019. Total waste of money and it doesn’t tell you what’s supported until you buy a pack.

They broke the app.
“fix some bug” is what they said the update was. Yep, you fixed it alright. Locked my VCI box and made it a brick. No response from support at all. Shame on a company that randomly locks your device from being used for no reason at all.

Won’t bind or connect I had one a couple years back that was great and I lost it I recently had purchased one at the swap meet for 45.00 and it’s trash won’t do anything I know it’s not broke because the package was in open so I’m giving one stare for that reason I really really need it and it won’t work

Bluetooth function is garbage
I have to fight this stupid app to get to acknowledge the device. It says connect to Bluetooth yet Bluetooth says it’s connected device light goes from green to blue. Still the app says it connect to Bluetooth.

Nach dem vergasenden Update lässt sich kein Ford mehr diagnostizieren. App ist leer, Verbindungen funktionieren nicht. Obd geht noch, immerhin.

Nice when it worked
It use to work great but after not using it for a while then needing it it no longer works I did the updates and still won’t work right. And it keeps having me download other apps. For how much it all cost this is stupid I had to go out and it and normal reader bc I couldn’t get this one to work

Works as advertised
Honestly nothing impressive here. not that there should be, but I think it could use a redesign in my opinion. Also just so the developers are aware, the icon for the USA app has a silhouette of South America. I chuckled a while but honestly not a big deal.
