DiagnosticsTools is a local diagnostic analysis app for support, operations, and field troubleshooting. Import a ZIP diagnostic bundle on iPhone or iPad, browse its file tree, and open structured viewers for each file type. Key features: - Open ZIP bundles from the Files app or through system share and open flows - Automatically recognize and view Apache, text logs, JSON/NDJSON/JSONL, EVTX, INFO/META_INFO, License, Job, and plain text files - Review software, source, gateway, cloud, and coverage summaries in one place - Search text logs, inspect surrounding context, filter by severity and time, adjust UTC offset, and copy multiple lines - Link keyword rules to the knowledge base so matching terms can open relevant troubleshooting guidance - Import custom Diagnostics source JSON to extend keywords, knowledge articles, and default rules The current version is designed for local analysis. It does not require sign-in and does not upload diagnostic bundles, log contents, or parsed results.
