Very fun game been playing it for awhile but it needs updates and fixes, trucks going to other towns after call’s and just slow and buggy!!
It’s not letting me play the game
It’s saying that the server is not working please check with your administrator. Can you please fix this game?
Slow and not working
It’s very slow to load and the building won’t build where you tap and hold. The building builds in another area completely

Decent game, but updates messed up
I’ve played this game for several years, and when I did play it, it was pretty fun coming from a current FF/Medic and previous dispatcher. However, the most recent have caused some bugs within the games, all the units run north after calls, way out of territory until they glitch back to their stations, then units response speeds seem to be accelerated to like 300%, which is just completely not real. I’ve spent money on the game, but things like this, when they weren’t an issue before, seem to push me away, especially when there’s no way to report issues from either within the app or from the App Store.

Won’t let me start alliance missions
I go to start an alliance mission and press a mission to start and it won’t start. It does nothing :/ please fix it’s been doing this for months
Game not as good as before
Used to love this game but not too sure what happened a few months ago. There was an update and i lost all my police stations and police vehicles. Decided to start from fresh in a new city and can’t put anything down where i want to. Buildings spawn miles and miles away from where i actually selected to put them down. Wish the developers would keep working on this game since its a good game

Won’t let me start alliance missions
I go to start an alliance mission and press a mission to start and it won’t start.
Update leaves game unplayable
Got rid of the game a while ago and just got it back now, map doesn’t load and roads does not exist. Completely unplayable.
不満無し。リアル思考なオペレーターゲーム。
ゲームの完成度は、非常に高い。ただし、某有名オペレーターゲームや日本鯖がある某オペレーターゲームと比較すると、拡張性は劣る。と言うのも、DLCやMODなどは無いためだ。
しかし、日本人からすると魅力が薄れるのが、もう一点。英語onlyかつアメリカ・カナダマップonlyなこと。
それでも、事案対応に現実時間で3分ほどかかる点、一つの署を建てるのに10時間を超える場合もある点などのリアル系統なので、シミュレーターが好きな人は充分に楽しめる。加えて、課金通貨（ゲーム内ではnotes）が貯まりやすいと言うのも強みの一つだ。
ゲームの操作方法は至って簡単、各緊急サービス（最初は警察・消防のどちらか、理由は後ほど）の署を作っていき、実際に司令するだけだ。
まず警察。最もシンプルで、流れが早い。発報・迷子・逮捕状執行の各業務をつつがなくこなしていく。
次が消防。設備費用がとにかく高いので、準備するのに時間がかかる。ただし、一つ一つの事案毎の時間も長いので、計画したいタイプの人にはオススメだ。
最後に救急。少々、面倒臭い。と言うのも、現場に臨場するだけではなく、病院収容まで行うので、不足する事がある。
これらの部隊が連携した大型事案も発生するので、チルタイムもあればパンクしたりもする。バランスが取れている証拠である。
最後に、バグについて述べておく。バグはある。ただし、進行不能になるバグ（例えば、用意していないサービスを要請されて、終了するために課金通貨が要ると言うこともない）はない。（そもそも、課金通貨が貯まりやすいのも要因の一つではある）ただし、事案終了時にアプリが閉じられていると、現場に魂が取り残されることがある。司令を与えれば、問題なく活動するので気にせず、出向していたと見なそう。

Good but stuck
Great game but it’s so hard for me to get money to get a season pass. My level is so high I rarely level up to get them and I have so many vehicles I wish I could access the new features more easily

I love the game but can you make the fire station response area customizable if so cool

I enjoy playing this game it is a nice game to just play without getting to stressed out.
There is some problems I would like to be addressed such as
If the call is big and requires a large number of units or the call takes a long time you often get paid very little for those ones, sometimes even less than others.
Wish there was a little bit more customization on units.
Calls that would make sense in the area that they are in.
Easier way to see information about multiple units especially with the maintenance system. It would be great to see all units so you could see which need maintenance instead of checking every station

Best Game Ever
So I've been playing this game for 5years now. And I gotta say I love it. It would be even better if there was dispatch dialogue going on. Also if it switched to dark mode at night. They should also add water rescue & water pd
Way to expensive
I love the game but the cost for some units are just not even needed for the vehicle should lower prices on some vehicles

Great game to pass time 1 things I would like to see is have different buildings for the sheriffs department and state police

Only a few updates I see as of now that would be great is to be able to make trucks standby at a certain location to provide coverage if other units have emptied an area for a bigger call
Improvements needed
Love the game but response times need to be improved. Realisticly doesn’t take a crew 25sev to drive 10ft. If the response times where better game would be on point.
Spare Vehicles
It would be great if we could keep spare vehicles in the workshops so that when one goes down or is being serviced you have a replacement on hand.
