Expensive with separate purchase required for EACH contact. Icon can't be changed but more importantly neither can the name. You're stuck with the name shown. Personally I prefer to call my family members by their first name, not "wife", "daughter" etc. Similar products let you choose name or assigns it from contacts list as it creates icon

two taps, not one
I thought I would be able to dial my husband with one tap, but once you tap the icon, it asks you whether you want to place the call and you have to hit "call." This means two taps, not one. URGH.
