This app is a scam!
The app said I could have a Turkey phone number as an individual and 1 free number. They billed me $29.99 and I got my account. As I tried to get the number, it said I need more credits, I had to spend another $59.88 to have enough credits to get the Turkish number. Then as I fill out the form to get an individual number, it starts asking beyond my driver’s license and passport, but for legal business files which I don’t have a business in Turkey. So it became impossible to get a number in Turkey. I messaged them and they replied to me “As outlined in our Terms of Service, we cannot offer a refund due to a lack of necessary documentation.
However, your credits remain fully valid and never expire.”
This is a scam system with false advertising and they refused to credit me back! I’m trying to figure out how to refund and cancel my account and so far no way. I’m contacting Apple and making this review as well going to contact my credit card company.

Wonderful app, great support!!
This is a great app at the right price. I’d needed, App support is quick and friendly.
Impossibly bad
Not sure if I could choose less than 1 star. I tried to call Singapore and US from HK, multiple times. Each time it showed “connecting, forever. When I tried to hang up or press “cancel” nothing happened. Still “connecting”. Worse yet, I couldn’t redial or dial another number because the first was still in process. Each time I had to restart my phone! Several failed attempts later the 125 credits I paid for became negative 625! Worst of all, no one responded to my email to tech support. It feels a scam ! So frustrating.

Wow, I’m so sorry you had a bad experience. We acknowledge that v1.5 of the app has some issues that impacted some customers. However that being said, we’ve updated the app to v2.0 which fixes all the issues you were facing. Literally the most affordable phone plan out there
I made the switch from Tello to DialAnyone and I can’t be happier. It works in every country I travel to and the fact I can call local numbers everywhere is just incredible! I did have an issue with my number initially but Jerry from support team fixed it very quickly for me! Shoutout to Jerry!!
