Unusable
I downloaded this app to use for myself and my son. I couldn’t ever log in. I tried myself and called several times. Each email link either never made it to me or locked me out.
I called to cancel my subscription which was easier than to schedule an appointment. I couldn’t even get my money back when I couldn’t use the service from the start. Will not suggest to anyone. Zero stars.

Fast and easy
Super fast, super easy I don’t know what the issues were but apparently they have fixed them. Took entirely 15 minutes to talk to Doctor get prescription sent over.
This is a review of the App - not dial care
Dial care is great! This app is terrible. When I load the app it immediately tells me I’m not using a supported browser. I click on “login” and it takes me to the log out page. (Which is also an issue with the website) my assumption is that this “app” is just a fancy web browser that doesn’t work well and is replicating the same issues the website has.

Many glitches
This app has a serious problem with facial recognition. But it also has some sort of issue with Safari. Many times I try to login and it says I can’t because I’m using Safari and then I need to use Google Chrome or Firefox. This is idiotic as it is an iPhone app. I’m not even using Safari. When I download the app I am only able to login one time. After that it does not allow me to login and so I have to delete the app and download it again. Every time I wanna use the app I have to delete it and then download it again so that I can login. Please fix this.

Very hard to use
The first couple of times I used the app to set an appointment. Everything worked just fine. Now the is telling me to down load a new web browser to be able to use the app. So I downloaded both. I still can’t use the app. Everytime I open the app it’s still tellling me to download the new web browsers. Can you please tell me what it is I need to do. Not to get into my story. But my 15 year daughter just lost her mother and all I want to do is get her someone to talk too. I can’t even set an appointment. This app is so frustrating. Please fix !!!!
