About

Dialler is a softphone for your organisation's onpremises SIP extensions on iPhone. Incoming calls wake the device when the app is in the background or closed, and ring on the standard iOS call screen. A DIALLER CALL SERVER IS REQUIRED Dialler connects to the Dialler server that your organisation runs between its SIP PBX and its phones. The app cannot make or receive calls without one. Your administrator installs the server, adds your phone in the web console, and provides a QR code or enrolment code to complete set-up. HOW IT WORKS The PBX routes incoming calls to the Dialler server. The server wakes the phone through Apple’s Local Push Connectivity, and iOS presents the incoming call. When you answer, the app connects and the server bridges the call to the PBX. Phones receive calls only on the Wi-Fi networks assigned to them in the console.
