It does what it should

The app allows me to order for my entire office so that all our drinks are ready for pick up at our convenience. And I can reorder from previous purchases, so we can submit orders quickly for our meetings. This is a great benefit for our time.

Don’t use unless you want to wait LONGER

Every time I use the app they leave the order on the printer until I am there and I’ve already waited in line. When I get to the window they ignore me as I see my order sitting on the printer. Then they FINALLY acknowledge my existence and laugh as they tell me they didn’t even SEE my order, Ha Ha!
Of course, I’ve already tipped them via the app so that’s even MORE aggravating. I would not recommend this app to anyone. The app operates just as it should but this business DOES NOT.
