Canโt update the ipad version , wonโt let me play. This is the only user support, maybe you will read and fix this.
Update: they have contacted me and my problem is fixed. They just need a better way to reach them for technical issues.

This issue is happening because the Android version of the game is currently one update ahead of the iOS version, which creates a temporary save conflict for players who switch between both platforms. If you would like to get back into the game immediately, please contact our support team at support@gfal.com with your in-game name, and we can manually adjust and synchronize your account right away. Otherwise, this issue will be permanently and automatically resolved this coming Monday when our next update launches, which will bring both iOS and Android versions back in sync.
