About

Diamond Manager does the three jobs a youth baseball coach still does on a clipboard: tracking who is legal to pitch, building a lineup that is fair, and running practice. It is built for the dugout. Big controls, one hand, readable in direct sun, and everything works with no signal at all. WHO CAN PITCH Count pitches with a button you can hit without looking. The app applies the published daily maximums and rest-day tables for each player's league age, and tells you what a decision costs before you make it: "3 more pitches reaches 21 — that becomes 1 day of rest." It knows the rules that catch coaches out. The finish-the-batter exception. The three-day consecutive block. Catching four innings ending a kid's day on the mound. Pitching then catching. When a pitcher is not eligible, it says so in plain words and tells you the day they come back. The eligibility calendar answers the weekday question — who is legal on Saturday — before you are standing on the field trying to work it out. FAIR LINEUPS Continuous batting order or nine-player, drag to reorder, and a fair-start rotation so the same kids do not always lead off. A field diagram for each inning with auto-rotation you can undo. The mandatory-play board tracks six defensive outs and one at-bat per player, and carries a shortfall into the next game so nobody quietly sits two weeks running. PRACTICE YOU CAN RUN FROM YOUR PHONE 32 ready-made session plans across Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, Minors and Majors — 168 timed blocks with coaching cues, stations and diagrams. Search by drill. Start the timer and run the session from your pocket, with a two-minute warning chime and the screen kept awake. PAPERWORK THAT HOLDS UP Print or share a pitching eligibility log with signature lines, a lineup card, a playing-time recap, and CSV exports. Designed to be legible in black and white, because that is how a board reads them. BUILT TO BE TRUSTED Every pitch is saved on your device the instant you tap, before anything else happens. No network call is ever in the way. iCloud backup is optional and runs in the background, so a new phone can restore a whole season. No account. No ads. No analytics. No player contact information, no location, no child accounts. Player names stay on your devices and in your own private iCloud. PRICING The roster and the practice catalogue are always free. When you create your first team, the live pitch counter, the lineup builder and the exports are unlocked for 14 days at no charge. That is built into the app rather than an App Store introductory offer, so there is no payment method to enter and nothing to cancel — it simply ends. After that those features need a subscription: 2.99 USD per month or 14.99 USD per year. Family Sharing is supported. Diamond Manager is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Little League Baseball, Incorporated, or any league or association. It is a companion to your official scorebook, not a replacement, and every document it produces says so. Always confirm eligibility against your league's official book and rules. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Diamond Manager Monthly — 2.99 USD per month. Diamond Manager Annual — 14.99 USD per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
