Diamond Manager does the three jobs a youth baseball coach still does on a clipboard: tracking who is legal to pitch, building a lineup that is fair, and running practice. It is built for the dugout. The app applies the published daily maximums and rest-day tables for each player's league age, and tells you what a decision costs before you make it: "3 more pitches reaches 21 — that becomes 1 day of rest." It knows the rules that catch coaches out. The finish-the-batter exception. The three-day consecutive block. Catching four innings ending a kid's day on the mound. Pitching then catching. When a pitcher is not eligible, it says so in plain words and tells you the day they come back.
