I am sick of having to update this app constantly.
Absolutely garbage!
Inconsistent, inconvenient and straight up useless. Go back to the old app! Everything requires a passcode to do anything and it just makes things take wayyyyy longer than necessary.
Terrible App
Not sure how many times I’ve attempted to use the app, two years on and they still can’t figure out whats wrong with my account and set up, out of frustration I have now deleted it and further closed my business account there.. I was hoping to switch from big bank to local credit union, but I only wasted time and money trying to do so.

It was good before the update, now I can’t accept e transfers or be redirected to the app.
Hate The New Look
Just updated to the new version, and so far I hate it. I liked the old dashboard, widgets etc.. looked different than most banking apps which is what I liked because you’re not a bank, you’re a credit union. I don’t know what else was changed in the new update but so far not liking the change. And i am all about change and new.

Your app never works or the debit cards , totally disappointed in the service since my Big River branch went with Diamond North , totally looking into a different bank !

Slow. It takes me 10 minutes to send one e-transfer
Still some bugs
They advertise the Touch ID unlock for the app but it won’t work unless you turn it on in settings, and every time you log out for more than a few days it resets this setting so you have to punch your pin in again. Same with the quick view. Where it is supposed to show your balances before you login, most of the time it just says something about tip: go to your settings to enable quickview. Well I’ve done that about ten times and it always resets or doesn’t work.
