The amount of times this app doesn’t work greatly outnumbers the amount of times it does.
Won’t open
My app won’t open. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it, and restarted my phone and it still won’t work. It’s been like this for a few days now

My app will not let me transfer money from checking into savings. Only into my Christmas account. Frustrating

Mobile deposit rarely functions correctly
When trying to deposit the back of a check, it always says that the endorsement is missing despite the fact that it’s clearly in the picture. There have been times I’ve had to take the picture at least 20 times to get it to accept it. Being able to deposit checks electronically is awesome, but the functionality needs some work.

Can't perform transfers anymore?
Every time I try to transfer funds between my accounts, I get an error message. Hasn't worked for months.

Very helpful app and easy to use. Sometimes the app will not work in areas with poor reception. Easy to check account balances and transfer money.

Very handy for most banking needs. Have been having issues with accessing account info (taking too long), sometimes 30+ seconds to access if even then, other times just fly through all functions. If those issues can get taken care of very good app.
