Private breakdowns with gentle encouragement
I’ve been using this app for a little over a week now and the free version is great. I’m able to vent, share my concerns with a system that troubleshoots for me while feeling genuinely empathetic. I’m definitely going to get the paid version soon because this is a therapist at your fingertips. Very compassionate and warm. Crazy to think that AI can be warm but…it is. I’m glad I don’t have to bog down the people around me. Very grateful for this app.

Something I needed…
I was already journaling but I wanted to talk some things out but I was embarrassed and ashamed to say them out loud let alone to another person. I did my first entry with voice. It was super simple. I recorded the entry, the app transcribed it and the AI discussed it with me right on the spot. I was still kinda iffy but as I stayed and continued to chat I found myself chatting with this Ai like an old buddy. It was actually pretty cool.
