What's New in Diastra · Heart Rate Training

1.2.3

October 7, 2026

Every run now shows its miles on Workout Analysis. The number fills with the heart bands you ran in, from warm up at the bottom to VO₂max at the top. Hold it to read the miles in each band. On a treadmill, scan the treadmill's screen or type its number, and Diastra uses that distance for the run, your week and your pace. Plan now leaves the two days after a half marathon or marathon free. Share and Fix on Workout Analysis are two separate buttons again.
