What's New in Dibs

September 24, 2026
• Scans are simpler and faster: one pass per profile, no dead-end retries, and private profiles are recognised right away. • If Instagram signs you out, Dibs notices and asks you to log in again instead of showing an empty profile. • Link-tracked photos open on Instagram with a tap and show their post id, so two photos of one person are easy to tell apart. • Reminders no longer get pushed back by background wakes. • Pro: if your phone stops Dibs's background checks (usually after swiping the app away), you hear about it after 3 days instead of silence. • Better diagnostics for background checks.
