Unable to play Tournament

So for weeks now I have been unable to play the tournaments because a previous game will not clear. I have contacted support about it several times with photos. But the problem has yet to be resolved. I don’t want to uninstall the app then reinstall it because I will lose my progress. Can someone help me with this issue?
