Not impressed with the new update
I loved the game, never made much money but it was exciting to try. I won $5 a few times. But now I’m unable to withdraw my funds & I can’t play any cash games with those funds. Why is this so & why has the jackpots dropped so much? An update on a game is to attract more people & make it more fun for the players so that we’ll want to deposit money & play more games, but instead it seems like your update has gone from a great game to a mediocre game. How is it that I’ve been able to cash out weekly but now with the upgrade the money I win becomes bonus cash & I’m unable to cash it out or play cash games???
Now I see I can deposit cash but I’m still unable to play cash games😡

Crown tournament is a giant joke!
I played the crown tournament and was in first place till the very end and I still lost. How is the winner determined? Are there mysterious players that are not shown on the players list that we don’t see? Would really like an answer to this because it is very unfair that we play and are shown to be in first place when the tournament ends and then get nothing in return seeing someone else win.

Game is fun but I no longer will be playing it since they changed the format of the game. Before I used to win some gift cards and I even won about 30 dollars but with the new format I can’t even get close anymore with other players hitting over a million points unless your willing to spend money to buy dice. It’s to bad since I liked the game but I just cannot justifying spending hard earned cash to try and win the tournaments.

Scam just like the rest
This game is a complete scam! Just as the rest. I have a total of 210 in the atm. It states once the atm bar is full, you can get your earnings! I have had that atm bar full 5 time’s! And mind you every time the bar clears it becomes longer and harder to fill up! And all I ever get once getting a full bar is tokens! And the puzzle pieces you have to collect to get a gift card I have 1 puzzle piece to collect that I have yet to receive. It’ll say I’m rewarded a puzzle piece and when it shows my puzzle that 1 piece is still never there! This game as other just want to build revenue and gain from us watching ads and depositing money. So yaw think the rich are playing this game’s? It’s those struggling like myself who could use a little help!

Honestly really fun game
Really fun game sure its a bit annoying having to get energy to get the atm but thats what gets me to keep playing i had almost 100$ and hit the atm i was so close to getting it i hope i get it soon i hit atm 3 times and only got coins guess its luck based but i have a question for the developers so please answer when you win the crown tournament is it a chance to get the 100$ to paypal because i won one yesterday and only got coins ima win again today watch so ig ill see

Your playing against bots
Woke up at 2 am to start the crown tournament, yes it sounds sad but I spent 24 hours focused because I knew I could win. About 4 hours before the end of the tournament, 5 random players, (whom weren’t even on the score board 5 minutes before) came in with insane 500,000 scores. I was watching very carefully. Where did these random people come from? Obvious bots… I should have known better, but I’m having a child soon and would have used the money to buy baby clothes 😞😞so after 23 hours I realized there was no way, and what was the whopping prize I got? $15….$15 for 23 HOURS of my life… this company doesn’t realize the toll this game took on my life…. Before this new update I actually had a chance to win a little every day, please just remove this game so no one else has to endure what I went thru 😢😢😢

American privilege
I am from a country from EU and I only see that people from America withdrew money. When I won the crown tournament I didn’t get to choose. Everything was automatic. At this point you people owe me like 270$(100$ from the crown tournament and the rest is money i gathered then lost some because I didn’t get the jackpot on the atm. And no giftcards. Like how hard is it? I just want to get the money I deserve. I am playing the game because I am desperate for money. Most people are. This is a disgrace in my eyes. I would honestly like to get in touch with you and sort it all out. If I get my money and you fix the issues said before I am going to share the game since if those things get fixes it would be fantastic!

Super fun, but never get to Win the cash ?!
The game is really fun, super addicting! I play every day a few times a day and I can’t complain much except for the fact that I have filled my ATM energy bar several times and never have I been able to win all the money I have earned? I play so much, you would think after the amount of time I have spent playing the game that I would get the chance to cash out on the money I have earned?! But other than that great game have recommended to lots of friends and family. But please please make it possible to actually win the cash in my ATM when I hit the jackpot please!!!!! I would give you more stars but….
For some reason I’m not getting any of my free rolls when I watch adds? I have watched like 20 adds and I’m not getting them. I’m also not getting them when I do the offers like I did a quiz on Pokémon and got a 100% like the instructions said and I didn’t receive those rolls either. I bought a pack of rolls last week and never received them and I’ve messaged support to only hear crickets! I will even screen record me watching the ad and then not getting the rolls if you’d like? It seems that this happens more when there’s a competition. I messaged support way earlier today and STILL haven’t heard back. It’s really infuriating whenever there’s a competition going on and I was at the top of the leaderboard only for people to start passing me because I’m not getting my rolls even though I earned and in some instances like last week PAID for them. When you fix the issue I’ll change my review because I like the game!

Fun so Far
I’ve been playing for a few weeks now and I’m having fun! The game itself is relatively easy to understand but the ads are annoying. I know the ads are how they make money, but if I decline watching an ad for a bonus or extra rolls then they shouldn’t play an ad anyway and not provide the bonus if they were going to make me watch it anyway.
Still trying to hit the jackpot though to cash out. I’ve got a good sum of money won but every time I roll for my ATM I don’t get the jackpot and I’m not even sure if there’s a method to it. Either I’m really unlucky or something fishy is afoot. I’ll update my review if I manage to hit the jackpot but for now I would just say it’s a fun game to kill time with but that’s about it.

You guys flagged my account once before you fixed it now you flagged my winnings I won 5 different games you flagged for of them and the 5th game I won well for whatever reason it just went missing please fix this. I’ve contacted app support and haven’t received a response I love this game because I do win but I have no idea why I have been flagged again so please fix this I’ve waited over a week for my winnings just for all of my winnings to be flagged and now I’m having to wait even longer

Unrealistic
I’m surprised the person in the ad for this game doesn’t have a ginormous nose for how badly she had LIED. She says you can win up to “2 MILLION $$’s a WEEK” ... which is such an unrealistic & fabricated LIE 🤥 that it caused me to laugh uncontrollably until I literally pee’d my pants this morning. What a joke. If this app could truly cash people out with millions, then there would be no more people starving in this world. Homelessness would be unheard of, the crime rate through out the world would be down to 1% & the “Rich & Famous” wouldn’t hardly exist anymore. Everyone would have the chance to become equal. Very disappointed
This game is a joke I chose it for the gift card rewards . They constantly cheat me out my doubles and the dice rolls you get when the time to hit the boxes . Let’s not even talk about the task offers you have to complete to get all extra dice the surveys say you don’t qualify but I have all this spam and porn in my email since dealing with this game and you never get rewarded when you do complete the offers The rewards bonus rolls and when you have the chance to double if you watch a video a joke because it freezes before you can watch the video or it says no videos try later even when it’s time to attack it freezes they blame it on the ads but it’s this game cause the ad does not get to play if their game freezes before all that . Then support only replies back on certain issues or not at all. It takes for ever to get all the puzzle pieces to only be able to redeem 1 gift-card. They need to up the amounts on the gift cards or allow you to get as many as you want . I said I would be done after I cash in for the gift cards and found out it’s not gonna happen and to put the icing on the cake it’s messing up and I can’t redeem the stinking 5.00 gift card

Fun to play but
I won the nightly $100 four times I have pictures to prove it and was told it’s out of many people. Secondly when you have over $290 or more in your atm no way will they pay the jackpot I keep getting the max in tokens. Thirdly I’ve been playing for a while now and still have not gotten all pieces of the puzzle and seems when I’m right at the filled mark it goes right back down again. Now I’ll change my review if things change but if they don’t I’ll also let you know!!! I have spoken to customer care they are great and fixed my purchase tokens for me. But still waiting on certain things but like I said fun game if you have the time to put into it.

Why does people steal money from me? Why can’t I cash out?
This company is great, a while ago in 2016 I was able to cash out 10$ in one of your games…. But in this one I can’t cash out and the I am not comfortable that I earned almost 40$ I couldn’t cash out, when I go back to the app it says “your friends had stole money from your bank” and I can’t still cash out……… but the rest is fine I just don’t like how I see I earn fast and I can’t cash out or I loose the money if I have to take care of someone thing in real life.. thank you

I’ve been playing for awhile. I’ve had my atm up to 900+. I’ve never been able to win and amount of real money. You have to fill the atm energy bar. To roll the dice and you get more coins which is worthless. People can steal your money from your atm but when you do the revenge to get it back and you win it back you actually win 0. So this game us just like all the others and you will never receive anything. Waste of time!!! Update!! I gave the game The benefit of doubt and kept playing since I wrote this review been playing for months still to this day I’ve never won any money!! I stand with my first claim it is a SCAM!! Oh ya and the game freezes up when I get an alarm so I loss it to.

I’m getting frustrated to the point of deleting app
I really like this app but I’ve been number one on the 100$ list several times now never won a dime, every time and it takes a while that I get a “ lucky day” on the atm I’ve never won cash ever.. and yesterday I actually was on winning 5$ on the battle Royale and top on number 1 on the 100$ tournament and it never even gave me anything, like I hadn’t played at all.. I don’t get credit for half of the registrations I do to get more rolls., right now with no income I can’t buy rolls, but my time that I’m putting in to this for nothing when why? Even if you reach the top someone lower wins and when you don’t try you don’t win.. it’s getting frustrating to see my name at #1 and I win 30 rolls!? And I need one more piece to redeem my tokens for gift cards.. if you have money you’ll win. If you don’t well play for fun cuz you’ll never win anything even when you win actual cash.. like I did .. it’s like it never happened.. what a joke.

No Gift Card Received
I’ve been waiting for a couple of days now and I have yet to receive the $5 gift card I won for Dunkin Donuts. I was using this game for only a couple of days but I was really happy to see so many others win actual money and cash out. As well as gift cards. I haven’t been able to cash out and I haven’t received the gift card I won. If I’m able to actually receive the funds and card then I’ll update my review but I was really sad that I finally found a game that rewards people... just to find that I fell into a trap. It actually gave me last piece
I downloaded this app from the beginning love there previous scratcher game and this one wasnt bad then the changes happened 1 level collect puzzle pieces. I understood nothing is for free and certainly will not make you rich for free and i krpt playing just needed 1 piece to star trading coins fo GC. almost 1 year no piece. I gave up and started to concentrate on winning atm. Then just last nigt after not winning atm again i rolled and there it was my last piece , suprised i was ready to use all coins to get all gc but suprise suprise puzzle key was a one time use now im back yo collecting piuzzle.

Great overall
Overall excellent. My only complaint is the frequency of ads is disruptive to game play. Now I fully understand ads are necessary to keep the app free, but would it be possible to give people the option to skip after 5 seconds for each pop up ad? Or possibly an option to purchase an hour of uninterrupted gameplay for a certain amount of coins or dice rolls?Again, I understand ads are necessary for the game, but I think there are solutions to make them less disruptive.

I really do enjoy the game
I must say the game is a lot of fun, it has entertained me for hours. I have put a lot of money towards it to get somewhere. I feel like I am never going to win the jackpot, especially the amount of money I have been able to put into it. Also, I am not sure if anyone finds the last puzzle piece. The puzzle piece is how you can collect gift cards that you have earned. With the amount of money I have invested I have been able to win $5 in this competition they have everyday. So, I am not sure if the things you accumulate actual pane out to any money besides the competition. The game is a lot of fun, but I would not hold my breath of winning the money you accumulated or the coins to receive gift cards. In truth I haven't seen one review state that they have gotten the last puzzle piece. I have seen a couple people state reached their jackpot amount. I would say you invest a lot of time into this game and if your like me you can invest a lot of money, because you just want to keep going and win that competition. Like the rest of the people state you wouldn't make to much money, but you will enjoy it.
