My fave game
This is the best game I have. The ads are not as bad and frequent as your usual in that you can get in some good play time without being bothered. This is the only game I have ever recommended. I will continue to play it until it changes the frequency of ads…
Update: Still really enjoy this game but lately there has been no ads available to earn a dice to continue playing…. So you have to stop playing the game. Sometimes you just start the game and are offered only 2-3 ads. Not sure why this is happening as I play a lot of Mobility games and never have this happen. I have contacted support but have not received any answers. I have deleted the game as it is too frustrating… but I really miss playing it.

Not able to retrieve ads
This has been an ongoing issue since last September for me. According to a previous review regarding this issue it is being addressed. Since it has not been corrected yet I’m going to delete the game and move on. So frustrating!!

Repeated issue causing inability to play due to notifications stating that “ads not available” or that I need to “check my internet connection” when there is no problem with
my internet connection for any other game or function on my device. At this time I have not been able to play the July 30 game since about 5 AM on the 30th. As of this moment on August 1 at 2:45 PM, I still cannot. I can “give up” the game at the point I need to hit the “continue” button the 1st time it comes up in the game. When I try to “continue,” the “no ads available” pops up and I can’t continue the game. At that point the only way to continue playing is to “give up” and lose any progress I’ve made to be able to start the July 30 game all over again. Then the problem happens again, and again…. I WAS able to play the July 31 and August 1 games with no problem. This is very frustrating and I don’t know how to fix it. I’m considering deleting the game even though I’ve been playing it daily for years.

Don’t get this game most of the time you were watching commercials and not getting a free tile. I’m deleting my game.
Could be great
The option for no ads is horrendous. I want to support the developers but paying for a game with no ads for 30 to 50 days can’t be sustainable. I’d love to buy the game but not for days at a time.

The game is quite fun. The ads are insanely intrusive. The fact that you refuse to consider offering a paid version tells me all I need to know about your company.

Not only it has unreasonable tons of Ads , but also Awful website design. Force players to get out if the App, and re-enter the App each time to resume the game.

Would enjoy and also purchase but out due to endless ads sky high cost to temporarily be ad free, you have priced yourselves out of the market for me. Shame though it’s a great game.

Yet another updated review
I love this game, & while I’m grateful for all of the help from support, I’m tired of having to fight for every booster bundle I purchase. Again today, for at least the 3rd time this year my game screen froze while making a purchase. Again my money was taken but no boosters appeared. I play several games by Mobilityware & daily it’s a developer I seek out when I’m looking for a new game, but enough is enough. I’m deleting this game. Enjoy my money. Good riddance.
