Unfair, unusual scam

I have been playing this game for a while and now am at $97.and some small change. Now every time I go to play it says “new dice will be ready in 30 minutes,” sometimes it says 29.3 minutes, or such. Ok! So I play another game and come back snd receive the same message. This has been going on for five days now! Obviously they have figured if you don’t have any dice to play with you can’t win!!! This is the lowest scam yet. I’ve played games that awarded me with .003 cents, but it was something. Hopefully the makers of this game will get back to me to either tell me that is the way their game works, or they will fix it. Just letting everyone know what kind of a game this is!
