I know this may seem like it’s not a big deal but I have never even created a cover-letter before but Dice used it’s AI generator to create one for me and it is very well written and again they give you 5 of them and you can even edit them. I’m going to be doing applications in here as well as indeed from now on out because of that gesture. 👏

ever since i made a dice account ive literally gotten MULTIPLE spam calls in a day multiple times in a row its genuinely awful never had this experience before prior and ever since i made a dice account this started happening

It’s infuriating to have to re-enter the search location for the job search every time the app is put in the background. Fix your app.
Spammy, Identity Fraud
The filter's don't work, most job listings feel like copy and pasted by fake Indian Tech Companies that reach out and try to steal your employment information. This app also emphasizes building connections, but there's zero capability to see any people. After having this for 18 months, I've gotten a grand total of maybe 10 calls, 8 of which were all Indian Spam Centers.

Every recruiter looking for anyone of any pay to do any IT job has been burning up my phone all day, some of them calling me 3 times. This is not a silver lining - one must be selective with jobs. IT jobs aren’t fast food… I wish I wouldn’t have signed up and would’ve stuck with LinkedIn. So, much, spam!

Could be better
The developers from this app should start hiring from the users on it, the odds are good they’d do a better job with it. There’s a lot more scam/phishing messages than there should be, and their location based search doesn’t work properly at all on mobile. Definitely could use improvement especially for mobile, but there’s a fair amount of legitimate companies on it

Worst job search app
First off the only jobs on this app are multiple competing head hunters for the same position, on the rare occasion you find a legitimate position you are going to have to dig through all the junk first.
There's no way to search full-time vs contract, so you can't search for direct hire, you also can't search remote, yeah it will give that option, but since the site bundles hybrid, remote, and traveling into the same location, you never find what you want.
It could be and used to be the best, but they gave up and you can tell.. Dice will likely end up hanging out with RIM sharing old time stories from their blackberry devices..

Terrible search
It is truly impressive that an app that has been around this long has a search function that is so uselessly terrible
Can’t even update my job information
I can’t even update my job title on the profile section of this app. Continually says “sorry, something went wrong.” Horrible first experience using this app.
Buggy at front door
It appears anytime face id or touch id is invoked, log in would fail. Can’t log in to app, safari. Yet same credentials can log in on duckduckgo on laptop, but not on phone
