Biggest problem takes way too long to receive once ordered.
4 weeks total before received.
Not good enough, especially coming from NSW and we live in WA.
Not dispatched until a week after order placed, then 3 weeks total before receiving.
Place order beginning of February still waiting.
Husband has been out for 2 weeks, which has broken the cycle of them constantly doing their job.
Had to place another order today 2 bottles which puts you in financial strain, to make sure they arrive before he runs out.
The process needs to be a lot quicker.

They sign you up for a paid membership without you knowing. Beware of the yearly charge that will start coming out of your account a week or so after your purchase. Your card details will be saved.

The item I received is faulty, and I have been unable to reach customer support through the app despite several attempts. I haven’t even been able to get an invoice, it keeps saying “Pending”. Customer care is non existent.

Sorry to give a negative review with my first app purchase but the check out process did not allow me to put a promo code in before confirming the payment…so disappointing!

The worst app I have ever encountered, I bought a product which doesn’t match the description and other product was not even the size so I wanted to return but there was no means of contacting the supplier or an easy way to return. I tried every possible way but no answer. Even Temu has better way of returning products. And it deduct money from my account without my permission.

Sent the wrong phone TWICE!!
My dad ordered the iPhone 14 Pro in deep purple with 128gb of storage for me. When it arrived it was an iPhone 14 but we paid the price of the 14 pro so we sent the 14 back out and the new phone arrived on what should’ve been the iPhone 14 Pro but was instead another iPhone 14. Seriously?! Is it that hard to do your job properly. Terrible service and very disappointing. 😡
P.S they also charged us an extra $129 for no reason.
