What's New in Dictalus

1.5

Scripts and a teleprompter, for the times the words are already written. - Scripts: keep the talks, toasts, board updates and statements you have to deliver. Paste one in and Dictalus splits it into sections short enough to get real feedback on, with the time each takes at your own measured pace. - See what you actually said. Rehearse a section and the scorecard shows it against what was written: words you skipped struck through, words you added marked, and a tick wherever you stalled mid-sentence. A stall usually means the words are hard to say, not that you were unprepared. - Make it easier to say. Rewrites a script for the mouth instead of the page: shorter sentences, numbers said the way you would say them, and marks for where to breathe and what to stress. It never changes your script until you press Use this. - Teleprompter: your script full screen, with mirror mode and a pace that defaults to your own words per minute. It follows your voice, advancing while you speak and holding when you stop, so it cannot run away from you when you pause for a question. Detection runs entirely on your device. Nothing is recorded, stored or sent anywhere.
