Dictana: Voice to Tasks

Dictana records what you say and hands back something you can use: a clean transcript, a short summary, and the tasks and decisions pulled out of it. • Record on iPhone, or straight from your Apple Watch — a thought on the move doesn't need your phone. • Live transcript — watch the words appear as you speak. • Summary, tasks and decisions — extracted automatically, with the owner and due date when they are mentioned ("Alex … by Friday"). • Tick tasks off as you do them. • Export to Markdown or plain text — take a note anywhere. • Your recording is never lost — if transcription cannot run, Dictana still saves the audio and lets you try again. Completely on-device: recording, transcription and summarizing all happen on your iPhone. Dictana has no server, no account and no analytics. Nothing you record is uploaded. With Apple Intelligence enabled, summaries and tasks are written by the on-device model. Without it, Dictana falls back to a built-in Basic mode that still pulls tasks and decisions out of your transcript. Dictana currently supports English audio only.
