Dictando is an AI voice keyboard for iPhone. Speak naturally in WhatsApp, Mail, Notes, browsers, and productivity apps, and turn rough speech into polished text. Use it for voice typing, dictation, prompt writing, and quick edits. Use Dictando in two ways: • Dictate directly inside the app • Enable the Dictando keyboard to write by voice in other apps KEY FEATURES • Voice-to-text dictation Turn spoken thoughts into clean written text quickly. • AI cleanup Dictando adds punctuation, capitalization, clearer formatting, and filler-word cleanup. • Keyboard workflow across apps Use Dictando in text fields across messages, email, notes, browsers, and productivity apps. • Edit by voice Revise selected text with a spoken instruction. • Prompt mode Turn spoken ideas into structured prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools. • History and dictionary Review recent dictation results and save names, terms, and phrases you use often. • Privacy controls Dictando asks for permission before sending dictation audio or transcript text to its AI processing backend. You can manage consent, support links, privacy information, and account deletion from inside the app. Dictando requires sign-in, microphone access, and keyboard enablement for the keyboard workflow. To use voice dictation from the keyboard, iOS requires Allow Full Access for the Dictando keyboard.
