Low volume playback
Not sure what has happened but recordings now can hardly be heard when played back in app unless turn volume to maximum - please sort asap as a great experience at the moment!
Pay Before You Play
I was able to record 15 seconds before I was told I had to pay to talk longer. WTH? There’s a huge difference between 15 seconds of talk time you get or the 24 hours of talk time you pay for. Who can record anything of importance in 15 seconds. All you say is “remember car keys” or something like that. Anyways I think it’s crazy to have to pay for this when I haven’t even gotten a feel for whether it will work for me. At least offer a free three day trial subscription or something.

Diktat und Weitergabe funktionieren einwandfrei, auch im professionellen Anwendungsszenario! Mir gefällt besonders gut die automatische Pause/Fortsetzung des Diktates durch die Spracherkennung. Für den professionellen Anwender ist auch der Preis in Ordnung.
Zukünftig würde ich mir noch folgende Funktion wünschen: Diktataufnahme via Apple Watch. Hierdurch wären kurze Diktate noch schneller im Arbeitsalltag möglich, da die Apple Watch am Handgelenk jederzeit und schnell verfügbar wäre.

Externe Mikro Rhode
Leider keine Möglichkeit Rhode wireless Go II zu nutzen. Funktioniert aber in anderen Apps. Warum?

All upload methods in Dictate⁺ guarantee delivery when you see a green checkmark in the app, except for e-mail. E-mail delivery can be affected by many different factors such as server-side attachment size limits or spam filters, all of which are outside the scope of the Dictate⁺ app. Please contact our support team for further assistance with e-mail issues.

This app was free when I had it 4 yrs ago!!
Sadly lost my iPhone had to start from scratch! I used this app for 4 yrs it was called dictate lite version, there was no limit to length of recording now unfortunately I had to download it again and it limits my recording to 30 s which for a doctors letter is not long enough! They want 60£/ yr which is outrageous!! Why have you guys done this?

Nach Update wieder super
Nach dem Update ist die Sprach Aktivierung wieder super. Ich bedanke mich ausdrücklich bei dem Support für die Unterstützung in der Entwicklungsphase, man hat mir eine Beta Version zur Verfügung gestellt mit der ich schon früher in der Lage war die Vorteile der neuen Version zu nutzen.

Die Sprachaktivierung wurde in Version 3.0 komplett überarbeitet und sollte nun wieder einwandfrei funktionieren
Confusing
Confusing with new changes. I send the dictation but then after given me the green check, next day it still looks like needs to be sent? As well it sometimes stops recording and I then have to go back and re-record. I wish my company would not insist I used this app.

Presumed upgrade problems
Opened this today. I think that it has upgraded itself (3.0 I think) and it is terrible. The active dictation now fills a much smaller bit of the screen and the image of the sound bar is very stuttering and so I don’t know if it is recording smoothly. Even if it is, it is visually very off-putting. I have no idea why this has change as I have not asked to “upgrade” it. Will fiddle with settings in the hope that I can revert to how it was last week, which generally was good.

We're sorry to hear that our layout change in version 3.0 was inconvenient for you. In version 3.1, you can turn off the multi-column display in the Settings tab, Dictation section, under View Options. We'll investigate the stuttering waveform display, but rest assured this is purely cosmetic, your recordings work just as well as ever.
Ridiculously expensive
This app offers nothing over the other dictation app on the Apple App Store that justifies its price. Only bought it because my dictation provider wanted it but it is a rip off.
Update - great response
I had one issue with Dictate + that made it difficult to use. After contacting the company, an update was made, the issue is fixed and the app is now working well. Fantastic customer service and tech support.

Dear customer, We apologize for the inconvenience. This sounds like a bug or user error. A subscription is supposed to get you an upper limit of 2GB files which translates to between 24h and 5.5h, depending on recording quality. Dictations get cut off
Dictations get cut off for playback at 2/3 of the way through. I have a paid subscription. The company contacted me via Apple and gave me an email for support, but the email address isn't valid and it keeps getting bounced back at me. Incredibly frustrated with this company and its lack of support.
Indispensable application for my law practice
My legal assistant and I work remotely a lot. Being able to seamlessly and easily send dictation to her is of critical importance to me as a solo practitioner.

Ich bin Anwalt und benutze die App täglich auf meinem iPhone. Ich bin wirklich sehr begeistert. Mein neuer Computer ist ein Mac und jetzt kann ich die App zum Diktieren auch darauf nutzen. Super Sache.
Beste Diktier-App ever!
Dictate+ ist die beste, durchdachteste und v. a. zuverlässigste App, die ich jemals verwendet habe. Dann ist auch ausnahmsweise das Abonnement gerechtfertigt. Völlig unglaublicherweise hatte ich bei dieser (und ich habe sehr viele Konkurrenzprodukte verglichen!) nahezu noch nie irgend einen Absturz. Und selbst wenn Unvorhergesehenes passiert, habe ich noch kein einziges Wort Diktat verloren. Das ist herausragend. bei anderen Apps waren immer wieder ganze Teile verschwunden, nachdem ein Anruf anging, sich einen Wecker gemeldet hat oder ich ein Kopieren oder Verschieben von Textteilen versucht hatte. Nicht einmal nach einem Absturz war je etwas weg! Das ist ein riesiges Kompliment wert. So verlässlich arbeiten zu dürfen ist eine Freude. Herzlichen Dank an die Entwickler, die diese App so hervorragend pflegen.
