Best offline etymology dictionary
This app provides an offline version of Etymonline the online etymology dictionary
Gets less useful with every upgrade.
Now - NO pronunciation. The button is there but audio is random and sooo infrequent.
Very useful but audio has issues
It is useful but the database is limited compared to full dictionary apps. Sometimes the audio don’t work after IOS upgrade - the developer doesn’t update regularly which is big letdown

Weak
Finally I could download the app. I tested it and well am not very impressed. First of all, it does not support landscape mode on iPad and iPhone 6 Plus. It has poor library of dictionaries comparing to Dict-Box and other StarDict based applications where 100s of dictionaries could be added.
I am rating Dictionary v. 3.7 not 4.x
I just learned to love this talking dictionary! But... The new version (4.x) is not as good. The 3.7 version is just friendlier and easier to use. Each word has a pronouncation next to it which helps learn and find the right word. PLEASE STOP automatic updating. Please?!
Love this app/please fix google
There is only one issue please fix. My google translator stop working all of the sudden. Before I can type a sentence and get translation for any languages but now it does not do anything. Please help! Besides that this app is a must have. This is one of the best app out there and it have so much content! Talk about a lots of bang for a buck!

Please Fix It!
I finally have something I need to translate quickly and for more than just fun, and the app fails me. It does not display the interpreted text, nothing.
Translator doesn't work at all!!!
Like the tittle says, the translator hasn't work in the last few months. I tried insistently, even deleted and reinstalled app, but no results. Used to be a decent app.
No Need to Spend More!
Combines a lot of online services- translation, thesaurus, usage, origin.. And the speech part works great! Want to know how to pronounce the word just click the speaker icon! This is awesome! Spanish translations, and a very smooth and fast interface! Get this fully functional and capable app at a fraction of the price as those other big guys.

Fantastic!!
I liked this app before the new features, but now I REALLY like it. In addition to my own love of words, I tutor middle school kids who love to use this app to look up definitions. That always leads to further discussion on nuances of a word, proper pronounciations (which we can now hear), etc. The easy links to synonyms, etc. gives me even greater opportunities to help expand their vocabulary. The price is right at double the cost!!

Almost perfect
Pros: Everything in this application is very useful, instructive and easy to use. The cost is very cheap for this quality and quantity of contents. You don't even have to be connected to the network to see definitions.
Cons: very low quality on voice speechs.
