Worst app support…. My gps was stopped working. Raised complaint on it. It’s been one week, No one provided resolution

If it goes offline. It is coming back again to normal position for many days.some times even it took 10days

App is quite slow. Need to upgrade, must improve login criteria.

Worst update
A perfectly fine app was updated to a sluggish, unresponsive app. Every time it needs authentication on opening it which is again a long process. Sometimes the vehicle tracking page loads, sometimes it doesn’t. Please change back to how it was earlier.
About new update
Plz it is very difficult to open application each and every time with OTP it’s totally time & energy waste pls make as it is in first application before update otherwise it is worst gps

Updates should have improvements this is complete opposite (complete depression of your app).

Every Login time it asking username password and OTP Authentication, Solve every time login with numerical number
Login issues
Its asking for login every 3-4 minutes after the new update and it’s very time consuming to do multiple factor authentication for every 5min solve the issue as soon as possible and live tracking of the vehicle is also not working
App issue
In this app we are not able to click on I agree , ipr the check box tried several times as we own a truck we are not able to use the following application to track the trucks please rectify this issue immediately thank u

I am using Boths Truck connectivity apps on that Yours DICV Truckconnector app very worst there is no accurate and correct details are not showing so change the interface to show the correct update and vehicle live tracking details . Very Worst and Bad Experience.
