This app allows you to chat with strangers when your phone's battery level is critically low, specifically below 15%. It offers a unique way to connect and pass the time during these moments.
The core functionality of the app is unlocked when your phone's battery drops to 15% or less. You can then enter a nickname and start chatting with other users who are also in a low battery state.
The app is free to download and use with its basic features. However, there are optional in-app purchases that unlock additional features like private chat rooms and the ability to use the chat function with higher battery levels (up to 20% or even above 70%).
The app offers two distinct chat rooms. The 'Die with friends' room is for users with a battery level below 15%. The 'Alive with friends' room is an option for users who have upgraded and can access chat features when their battery is above 70%.
The primary mode is chatting with strangers. However, an in-app purchase enables a 'Private Mode' where you can create private rooms with specific individuals, ensuring your conversations are saved for future reference.
