Paid for nothing?

I’m sitting at 3% and all it will say is that I can’t use it until I’m under 5%. Which I already am. My only options are to buy access to 10% or 15% access. Bruh I just paid for 5% access and it’s not working. Why would I buy more?

EDIT: Updated from 1 star to 3 because it finally let me in at 2%. App is still inaccurate and also super dead user-wise. But I did get in.
